Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons All purpose flour
- 1-½ tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Preparation
In a small bowl, measure the sugar, flour and cocoa powder.
Add the milk and butter to the mug and microwave for 30 seconds. The butter should be almost completely melted. While the mug is in the microwave, whisk the dry ingredients together. This will help break up lumps.
Pour the milk and butter into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Whisk until blended, 30 to 60 seconds.
Pour the mixture back into the cup, taking care to scrape the bowl.
Microwave for 60 seconds. The center should look a little melted, but when you turn the cup upside down, the brownie shouldn’t slide off. If the brownie slips, microwave it in 5 second increments until it stays still when tilted. Leave to cool for about 2 minutes before serving.
