This winter fruit salad is a great way to eat fresh fruit during the colder months. It makes a healthy addition to any party!

Ingredients
- FOR SCREWING:
- 1 Small orange, juice only
- 1 tbsp Dear
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 Crisp apples, diced
- 1 Small firm pear, diced
- 1 Large orange, peeled and segmented, segments cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Tangerines, peeled and quartered
- 2 Firm but ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
- 1 Firm persimmon, diced
- ½ Grenada, Arilles only
Preparation
Add all dressing ingredients in a small jar, screw on the lid and shake well. Reserve until use.
Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl (or arrange them on a platter if you have enough spare time). Mix with the dressing and serve immediately.
If you have to make it in advance, toss the apples and pear with lemon juice right after cutting them. Store fruit in separate containers until ready to blend. Add the dressing just before serving.
