- 12 ounces, weight White chocolate
- 1-½ cup Heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 tablespoons Corn syrup
- Pickled Berries, For Serving

Use a medium saucepan to combine white chocolate chips (or a bar of white chocolate broken into chunks), 1/4 cup heavy cream, and light corn syrup. Cook over medium-low heat until the chocolate has melted. Stir frequently. Remove the mixture from the stove and let cool to room temperature.
Use an electric hand mixer to whip the remaining cream in a mixing bowl until the cream forms stiff peaks. Fold the whipped cream into the melted and cooled white chocolate mixture.
Divide the cream into individual dessert bowls. Garnish with fresh berries (macerated) and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
