Ingredients
- 4 slices Jalapeno, divided
- ½ ounce, liquid Lime juice
- Ice, as needed
- 2 ounces, liquid Watermelon Infused Tequila
- 1 ounce, liquid Cointreau
- Salt, For Rimming
Preparation
Put 2 slices of jalapeño in a shaker. Add the lime and mash. Add ice, then tequila and Cointreau.
Use waste lime to dampen the rim of a lowball glass. Salt the rim and fill the same glass with ice cubes.
Shake the cocktail in the shaker for about 30 seconds and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with the remaining jalapeño slices.
