Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1-½ cup Broth or broth of meat or vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- ½ cups Chopped broccoli
- 1 Chopped carrot
- ½ cups Chopped zucchini
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Preparation
Add quinoa, broth and sea salt to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a boil and add the broccoli and carrot.
After 7 minutes, add the zucchini and butter. Cook for another 5 minutes (or until the liquid is absorbed).
