These healthy, sugar-free vegan energy balls are a great afternoon or post-workout snack. They are 100% vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, healthy and tasty!

Ingredients
- 175 grams Medjool dates
- 5 tablespoons Nut
- 4 tablespoons Sesame flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 20 grams chopped almonds
- 20 grams Hazelnut
- 2 tablespoons Ground coconut
Preparation
Add dates to a food processor and pulse over high heat until finely ground. Add the walnuts, sesame flour, flax seeds and vanilla extract and grind again until the paste begins to form. If the mixture is too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water.
Move the mixture to a bowl and add the chopped almonds and hazelnuts. Shape the mixture into balls and repeat until no more dough remains.
Roll the balls in the coconut. Serve and enjoy!
