- FOR THE OAT FLOUR:
- 5 tablespoons Whole oats
- 7 whole Strawberries, chopped
- 100 milliliters Water
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- FOR GARNISH :
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1 tbsp Goji berries
In a small saucepan, add the rolled oats, chopped strawberries and water and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Stir in maple syrup. Transfer oats to a small bowl and add toppings.
