What’s better than a vegan pita pizza? Individual healthy pita pizzas! You can customize these little guys to make everyone in the family happy. The options are endless! The instructions below are for the Pepperoni, Olive and Mushroom Pizza. You can change that until your heart desires.

Ingredients
- 4 whole pita bread
- Olive oil spray
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 cup Your favorite marinara sauce
- 4 ounces, liquid Vegan mozzarella cheese
- ½ package (approx. 4 oz. size) Vegan Pepperoni
- 4 ounces, liquid Sliced mushrooms
- 6 ounces, liquid Black olives
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Lightly spray pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place the pita on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the pitas on the center rack for 3 to 5 minutes. While you wait, prepare the toppings – if they need to be sliced or diced, now is the time.
Carefully take out the warmed pita bread and top it with sauce, cheese, then pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. Return to the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Leave to cool a little, then plunge while it is hot!
