Here is my delicious vegan dessert flan recipe!
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 200 milliliters coconut cream
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons Agar agar
- 3 tablespoons Agave, Serve
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the almond milk, coconut cream, coconut sugar, vanilla and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Add the agar agar and stir until everything is boiling and well incorporated. Remove from the heat and pour the mixture into a flan mold (I chose rubber molds for the personal portions).
Put in the fridge and let cool for at least 1 hour. Remove from pan and serve flan with agave on top.
