Healthy snack without guilt in less than 20 minutes. Less time cooking, more time having fun!
- 1 cup Coconut flakes, and more for coating
- ¼ cups raw almonds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Beet powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Mix until the mixture can be molded by hand.
Make small bite-sized balls with your hands. To coat, roll the balls over shredded coconut.
Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze for 2 months!
