Ingredients
- ¼ cups Sun-flower seeds
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper, ground
- 1 cup Grated carrot
- 4 rods Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Or Besan Flour)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- 2 bulbs Large spring onion (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 piece Small zucchini, grated
- 1-½ cup Water
- 4 teaspoons coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat a 10 inch skillet over high heat and add the sunflower seeds. Stir the sunflower seeds constantly for about 5 minutes so that they don’t burn until they are golden brown.
Use a large bowl and combine all ingredients except water and oil. Add water and mix everything until smooth. Form patties about 4 inches (10-12 cm) wide and 0.8 inch (2 cm) thick.
Preheat 10-inch skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil to skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side until lightly browned. Flip, then add another 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil.
