Ingredients
- 2-¾ cups All purpose flour
- 2 cups Granulated sugar
- ⅔ cups Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cups Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add almond milk, oil and vanilla extract.
Pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
