This amazing vegan dark chocolate with almonds is the best dessert for all chocolate lovers you must try!
- 50 grams coconut sugar
- 100 grams Raw cocoa butter
- 80 grams raw cocoa powder
- 70 grams Roasted almonds
Finely grind the coconut sugar until it is powdered.
Coarsely chop the cocoa butter. This way it will melt faster and no lumps will form.
Add the cocoa butter and coconut sugar to a glass bowl and melt in a bain-marie for a few minutes. Stir occasionally. When melted, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined container or baking dish. Add the roasted almonds on top. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Once set, break the chocolate into small or large pieces. Serve and enjoy.
