- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Half half
- 1 tbsp Real vanilla extract
- 2 cups Heavy whipped cream
Preparation
In large bowl, whisk together sugar and half and half; until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in vanilla and whipped cream. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Check the ice cream after 25 minutes to see if it has stirred enough. Do not churn too much.
