Infused with a list of health benefits, these turmeric overnight oats take less than 5 minutes to prepare and are a great on-the-go breakfast idea.

Preparation: 5 minutes

To cook: 8 hours

Update

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1-½ tbsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Mix and add all the ingredients in a tightly closed container. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6-8 hours). Remove and enjoy with your favorite fruit and/or nut toppings.
