Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chia seed
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or dairy-free milk of your choice)
- 1 piece (1 inch size) Turmeric, grated
- 1 piece (1/2 inch size) ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp real maple syrup
Preparation
In a container, mix the chia with the milk and stir. Let stand 1 minute.
Add turmeric and ginger (and optional syrup) and stir again. Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour. Top as you wish and enjoy!
Optional toppings include grated unsweetened coconut (1 tsp) and fresh organic tropical fruit.
