Delicious turkey meatballs in tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 Shallots, halved
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- ½ tablespoon Dried oregano
- ½ bunches Parsley
- ½ bunches Coriander
- 1 tbsp Water
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- ½ cups plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 2 cups Tomato-Basil Sauce
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add shallots, garlic, oregano, parsley, cilantro, water, salt and pepper. Mix and reserve.
In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, breadcrumbs and herb and shallot mixture. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Cook the meatballs in batches. Put aside.
In a large skillet, heat the sauce. Add the meatballs. Simmer uncovered for about 40 minutes or until the sauce has reduced by half.
