A vacation getaway in a glass.
- ½ cups Coconut milk
- 1 Tangerine, peeled and segmented, reserving 1/2 segment per serving for garnish
- ½ Lime, Juice
- 3 cups Crushed ice
- 1 Banana, peeled and sliced, reserve 1 slice per serving for garnish
- 1 Yellow mango, peeled and cut, reserve 1 piece per serving for garnish
- ⅛ teaspoons Grated ginger root (peeled), or to taste
- 2 teaspoons Honey, or to taste
In a blender, add the coconut milk, tangerine segments, lime juice, ice, banana, mango, ginger root and honey. Blend on smoothie setting. Give the smoothie a taste test and add more honey if needed.
Serve right away. Garnish each serving with a slice of banana, a small piece of mango and half a wedge of tangerine.
