Easy breakfast solutions are a must! These tropical protein parfaits are a quick and nutritious way to get out of the house in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nature Valley Granola Crunchy Protein Granola with Oats and Honey
  • 2 cups Coconut Greek Yogurt
  • 4 cups Pieces of tropical fruits (pineapple, papaya, banana, kiwi…etc)
  • ¼ cups Grilled coconut

Preparation

In each cup, layer ½ cup granola, ½ cup Greek yogurt and 1 cup berries. Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut and serve cold.
