This acai bowl recipe is a classic. A blended base of berries, acai and coconut milk is topped with fresh tropical fruits and crunchy granola!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- ¾ cups Frozen blueberries
- ¾ cups Frozen strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Acai powder
- 1 cup Coconut milk, or less as needed
- Your favorite smoothie bowl toppings
Preparation
Add frozen fruit and acai powder to blender. Add half of the coconut milk to the blender and blend until well blended. If the smoothie is still too thick or the blender is struggling to blend, add the remaining coconut milk and blend until desired thickness.
Transfer the smoothie to a bowl. Add your favorite toppings. Take a picture of your beautiful smoothie bowl and post it to all your social media accounts. Enjoy!
