Simple tomato salsa made with tomatoes, red onion, coriander, chilli, fresh lime juice with garlic and seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika.
- 1 box (about 14 oz. size) Canned tomatoes, diced
- ½ Red onion, coarsely chopped
- ½ cups Coriander Cup
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 Green chili, sliced
- 1 Slices of red pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Ground pepper
- 1 Lime, Juice
Place all the ingredients in the food processor. Blitz or pulse for a few seconds. Drain excess liquid from salsa.
Cool in the refrigerator for a few hours. Serve with crispy baked corn chips.
