Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoons Mixed spices
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Note: Garnish with chopped almonds, cinnamon and chia seeds if desired.
