It’s better than a milkshake, vegan, healthy and totally delicious! 3 minutes to go.

Preparation: 3 minutes

To cook: –

Level: Easy

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoons Mixed spices

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: Garnish with chopped almonds, cinnamon and chia seeds if desired.
