Perfectly cooked, creamy and buttery flavor with a hint of garlic, chili powder and nutmeg. It is so good!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Diced butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons Vegan Butter
- ½ cups Vegetables soup
- 2 tablespoons Freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Freshly chopped parsley
Preparation
Place the diced butternut squash in a medium saucepan and fill with water until the entire squash is submerged. Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes, then reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 5-10 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and drain.
Add the butter to the same pan then return the cooked squash. Add remaining ingredients except parsley and mash to desired texture.
Stir in the parsley. Serve and enjoy!
