Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- 55 grams Fresh pineapple
- ½ pieces Small Cucumber
- 60 grams Broccoli florets
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 sheet Spinach
- 30 milliliters Water
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 tbsp Goji berries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon Sliced walnuts and hazelnuts
- ½ teaspoon hemp hearts
Preparation
Add the smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Transfer everything to a bowl. Add all the filling ingredients and mix well. Let sit for 30 minutes for the chia seeds to develop.
