These are by far the best chicken thighs you will ever have! They’re crispy, juicy, and paleo and Whole30 friendly!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt and black pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with foil (foil is optional).
Place the chicken thighs on the baking sheet.
In a bowl, pour 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and brush the chicken. On the same side, season with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Flip the chicken and do the same on the other side.
Bake for 30 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving or storing in a glass container.
