Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 3 whole Large sweet potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp Dear
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Paprika
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil) and set aside.
Trim both ends of the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise, then into ¼ inch matchsticks. Try to make the matches as thick as possible, as this will help them cook evenly. Place the cut potatoes in a large mixing bowl and add the coconut oil, honey, salt, cinnamon and paprika. Mix well to evenly coat.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. If they are too crowded, you can use an extra baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown, turning every 15 minutes for even cooking. Cooking time varies by size and thickness.
Serve immediately.
