Quick and healthy breakfast with banana and sweet potato.
- ¼ cups Almond butter
- 2 cups Almond milk, and more to serve
- 2 whole Bananas, chopped
- 1 pound Sweet potato, diced
Preheat the oven to 440ºF (225ºC).
Use a large bowl and mix all the ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish or to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Leave to cool a little before serving. Serve with almond milk.
