Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Fresh or frozen watermelon, cubed
- ¼ cups Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup Ice cubes (not needed if using frozen watermelon chunks)
- 2 sheets Fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
Cut fresh watermelon into cubes or use frozen watermelon pieces (do not remove the pulp or seeds). Add the watermelon cubes to a blender along with the lime juice, ice cubes and mint leaves.
Blend everything until smooth and serve immediately.
