Ingredients
- 1 whole Whole apricot, pitted and quartered
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 ounces, liquid Gin
- ½ ounce, liquid Dry vermouth
- ¼ teaspoons Hazelnut extract
- Lime juice
Preparation
In a shaker, mash the apricot and brown sugar until all the juices are released.
Fill the shaker 3/4 full with ice. Add gin, vermouth and hazelnut extract. Squeeze a small amount of juice from a lime wedge over the top and shake vigorously.
Strain through a Hawthorne strainer into a storm glass and enjoy!
