Homemade pancakes without sugar in the blink of an eye. Doesn’t that sound fabulous?

Ingredients
- 3 cups Flour
- 1-¼ cup Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- ⅞ cups carbonated water
- ½ tablespoon Melted butter
Preparation
Measure flour and milk and place in a medium sized bowl. Add the egg and start mixing. Slowly pour in sparkling water. Keep mixing until smooth.
Heat a medium sized skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the mold with a little melted butter and pour a ladle of batter. Tilt the pan in a circular motion so that the batter evenly coats the surface. Fry for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Peel off and flip the pancake. Cook the other side for another minute. Remove to a plate and repeat with the rest of the dough.
Serve filled with fruit jam, chocolate spread or cream.
