One for those of you who turn your back on bananas in smoothies: a banana-free strawberry yogurt smoothie! Healthy, creamy and so good!

Ingredients
- 1 package (10-12 oz size) Frozen strawberries (or shelled fresh, but also add 4-6 ice cubes)
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt (I used Greek vanilla, but that works too)
- ½ cups Milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup (OR honey OR white sugar)
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
