These Strawberry and White Chocolate Pound Cake Trifles make a simple yet decadent dessert perfect for almost any occasion!
- 1 box (3.57 oz. size) Royal Delights White Chocolate Dessert Mix
- 1 cup Cold milk (I used 2%)
- 1 whole (Size 10 3/4 oz.) Pound cake, cubed
- 8 Fresh strawberries, sliced
In a large bowl, combine dessert mix and milk. Using an electric hand mixer, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes until the mixture is dispersed. Then beat at high speed for 4 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of dessert mix on the bottom of each jar (I used 4 ounce jars, about 2 1/2 inches wide x 2 inches tall). Top with about 1/4 cup pound cake cubes, followed by another layer of dessert mix. Garnish with a sliced strawberry. Repeat the process for the rest of the jars. If using a medium trifle dish, repeat the layering process, ending with the dessert mix.
Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours or until ready to serve. Enjoy!
