This sugar-free vegan strawberry gelatin comes from our macrobiotic pathway. It’s really delicious, simple and easy to make.
- 500 milliliters Pure water
- 1 tbsp Agar agar
- 5 tablespoons Organic Rice Syrup
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 300 grams Organic strawberries
- 1 Organic apple
- 5 sheets Organic mint
In a saucepan, combine the water, agar agar, syrup and salt.
Cut the fruit into pieces, reserving 100 grams of strawberries. Add the rest of the fruit to the mixture. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the mixture. Add the reserved strawberries and cook for a few minutes. Add the mint leaves and transfer to a silicone milk. Allow to cool and solidify.
