With just four ingredients, this Strawberry Cinnamon Cake tastes like your favorite cobbler, but without all the work!
- 2 books Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1-½ tsp Cinnamon, divided
- 1 box (Size 16 1/4 oz) Golden Butter Cake Mix (yellow or white works too)
- ½ cups Unsalted butter, thinly sliced
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish or glass dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place strawberries in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the strawberries in an even layer, followed by the remaining 3/4 tsp cinnamon. Place sliced butter on top of cake mix, covering as much of the mixture as possible.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
