It makes a nice gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast.
- 300 grams Strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 whole Eat apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons Natural Yogurt Without Dairy Products
- 2 tablespoons gluten free granola
Put strawberries, honey, lemon juice and apple in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until fruit is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate overnight. Top with dairy-free plain yogurt and granola.
