This cherry and ginger cocktail is the perfect balance between sweet, savory and slightly spicy. It’s somewhere between a Tequila Sunrise and a Dark and Stormy.

Ingredients
- 1-½ ounce, liquid white tequila
- 5 ounces, liquid Ginger beer (we used Bundaberg)
- ½ ounce, liquid Lime juice
- ½ ounce, liquid Cherry Heering (we used Luxardo)
- 2 Maraschino or cocktail cherries (for garnish)
Preparation
Add tequila, lime juice and ginger beer to a Collins glass and fill with ice. Stir gently to mix. Add cherries and garnish with cocktail cherries.
