Stir Fried Bok Choy is an easy and healthy side dish that comes together in about ten minutes. Even my fussy son loves this dish. Adjust the spice to your taste and feel good feeding your family with healthy natural ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Canola oil
- 1 tbsp Grated fresh ginger
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 head (large) Bok Choy (see note)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
Preparation
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir or stir frequently to avoid burning. Remove and place in a small bowl.
Heat the canola oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat. Add ginger, onion and bok choy. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add garlic, red pepper and soy sauce and cook for 1 additional minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
Note: Remove bottom 2 inches of thick bok choy bulb. Chop the bok choy and rinse thoroughly in a colander. Shake off as much water as possible. Dry off excess water with a paper towel.
