Steamed asparagus in orange juice and garlic. It is sweet and savory and a perfect addition to any meal.
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup Orange juice
In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, add the olive oil and garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add asparagus and orange juice. Cover and steam for 5 minutes or until fork tender. The asparagus will take on a bright green color.
