Ingredients
- 2 pounds Top sirloin steak, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
Preparation
Place the steak bites in a large bowl and combine the salt, garlic powder, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add avocado oil
When the oil is just starting to smoke, add 1/3 to 1/2 of the steak bites, being careful not to clutter the pan. Cook on the first side until a brown crust appears, about 3 minutes. Flip the steak tips and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
Remove from skillet and continue with remaining steak bites. Allow cooked steak bites to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
