Super gooey marshmallow treats made with lucky St. Patrick’s Day charms and tons of sprinkles!
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 15 ounces, weight Mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 6 cups Lucky charm, St. Patrick’s variety
- 4 tablespoons Decorative St. Patrick’s Day speculations, and more for garnish
Spray a 13×9 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat until completely melted. Add 2/3 of the marshmallows and stir into butter until completely melted.
Stir in vanilla extract and Lucky Charms cereal. Add the remaining marshmallows to the mixture and stir a few times, we don’t want them to melt.
Pour in the vermicelli then transfer to the prepared pan. Press the Lucky Charms treats evenly into the pan, then scatter additional sprinkles on top. I used tons of sprinkles!
Leave to cool then cut into squares or rectangles.
