This spicy and healthy hot chocolate is the perfect warm and comforting treat!

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons Cocoa
- 8 Coarsely chopped dark chocolate squares (sugar free)
- 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Mixed spices
- ¾ teaspoons Vanilla flavoring
- 2 cups Milk
- 1-½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Maizena (in a heap), dissolved in a little water
- 1 tbsp My dear
Preparation
Place cocoa, dark chocolate, cinnamon, spice blend and vanilla essence in a medium measuring cup. Put aside.
Put the milk and water in a small saucepan and heat (do not boil). When hot, pour about 1 cup of milk and water over the ingredients in the measuring bowl and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the cornmeal porridge.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a gentle boil, whisking constantly. Let boil for 2 minutes. Stir in honey, experiment and add more to taste if needed.
Pour into mugs and enjoy.
