- 2 cloves Garlic, pressed or minced
- 1-½ tsp Ginger paste (or equal amount of fresh ginger)
- ¼ teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- ½ cups chicken stock
- 3 cups Bite size broccoli florets
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes in the oil for 30-60 seconds, until fragrant. Add chicken broth, stir to combine. Add broccoli florets; lower the heat and cover the pan. Simmer until tender, about 7 minutes.
