Gluten and dairy free pumpkin spice porridge.

Preparation: 10 minutes

To cook: 10 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 90 grams Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 235 milliliters Dairy-free milk
  • 235 milliliters Water
  • 120 grams Pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons Agave or honey
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Grounded ginger
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 Apple, sliced

Preparation

Place all ingredients (except raisins and apple) in a saucepan and stir until well blended. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes until the oats are cooked through.

Serve immediately garnished with a few raisins and apple slices.
