Fresh peach sorbet topped with a sparkling sweet peach Moscato.

- 4 whole Peaches
- 2 cups Cantaloupe
- ½ cups White sugar
- ¼ cups Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml size) Sparkling Peach Moscato
Preparation
Peel the peaches, remove the pits and cut them. Add the peach slices and cantaloupe to a few resealable bags and freeze overnight.
Add frozen peaches, cantaloupe, sugar, water and lemon juice to a blender. Stir over high heat and pour the mixture into a 1-pound metal loaf pan. Freeze in the loaf pan for at least 4 hours or overnight (or enjoy the cream sorbet immediately).
To serve, pour the sorbet into wine or drinking glasses. Pour in the moscato and drink immediately.
