Use your sourdough scraps to make a casserole of these delicious cheese crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Throw away the sourdough starter
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¾ teaspoons Kosher salt
- 6 ounces, weight Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 325ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk together the scraps, oil and salt until the oil is fully incorporated. Stir in cheese.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the parchment-lined pan. Spread it as thinly as possible while covering the bottom.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the edges begin to turn a golden orange color. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before breaking into pieces. The crackers will be crispier when cooled.
