Ingredients
- 1 ounce, liquid Lime juice
- 10 sheets Fresh sage
- ½ ounce, liquid Agave Nectar
- 2 ounces, liquid Silver (unaged) Sotol (Hacienda De Chihuahua)
- 4 ounces, liquid carbonated water
Preparation
Add lime juice and sage leaves to a shaker. Crush gently.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except the sparkling water) and shake. Pour into a Collins glass and top up with sparkling water.
