Ingredients
- 2-¼ cups Chickpea flour
- 2 cups Water
- ⅓ cups Caramelized onions
- 1-½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Your desired toppings, such as mashed avocado, fried egg, chopped cilantro, salsa
Preparation
Whisk together chickpea flour, water, caramelized onions, olive oil and salt.
Spray the pan with a little coconut oil and heat over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a heated skillet, per socca. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a plate. Top with any recommended toppings or your own ideas.
