Everything tastes better with bacon! The sweetness of snow peas and the smokiness of bacon are the perfect pairing.
- 2 bands Bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 3 cups Snowball
- Garlic salt and black pepper, to taste
In a lightly greased cake barrel, fry the bacon pieces at 380°F for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. At the time of the first stirring, add the slices of garlic to the bacon.
When the time is up, remove the garlic and bacon and set aside. Leave about 1 teaspoon of bacon drippings in the cake barrel. Add snow peas, black pepper and garlic salt and stir until evenly coated. Air fry at 320ºF for 8 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
When done, mix the bacon and garlic with the snow peas. Serve immediately.
