These easy low carb, keto Deviled Eggs are my family’s recipe that we’ve been making for years. We use dill pickle relish for extra heat, then smoked paprika for that smoky flavor

Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1 tbsp Dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ¼ teaspoons Smoked paprika, plus more for garnish
Preparation
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and empty the yolk into a small bowl, reserving the whites.
To the yolks, add the pickle relish, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and paprika. Mix the ingredients with a fork until the mixture is smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a zippered sandwich bag, pushing the mixture down into one corner. Cut the corner with scissors and pipe the mixture into each egg white.
Garnish with sprinkles of smoked paprika and sea salt flakes if desired.
Nutrition for 2 egg halves: 102 calories, 8g fat, 0g carbs, 6g protein
