Delicious smoky London Broil.
- 1 piece (3 to 5 lb size) Thick Cut Round Steak
- FOR RUB:
- ¼ cups Ground black pepper
- ¼ cups Salt
- ¼ cups Paprika
- ¼ cups onion powder
Preheat the smoker to 225°F and add your favorite wood chips.
Combine and mix the marinade ingredients. Season the meat with the spice mix and leave to rest for 1 hour.
Place the meat in the smoker and cook for about 2 hours or when the internal temperature reaches between 125ºF and 145ºF.
Once cooked, cover the meat with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
